Shipping Policy

1. Overview

At Qemrich, we provide flexible and reliable shipping arrangements for all OEM/ODM manufacturing orders, both locally and internationally.

Shipping terms are arranged based on project scope, delivery location, and client requirements.

2. Klang Valley Delivery (Free Delivery)

We offer free delivery within Klang Valley for eligible OEM/ODM orders.

  • Applicable within Klang Valley area only

  • Delivery method will be arranged by our internal logistics team or assigned transport partners

  • Delivery schedule will be coordinated upon order completion and production readiness


3. Outstation Delivery (Within Malaysia)

For deliveries outside Klang Valley:

  • Shipping will be arranged via third-party logistics providers (3PL)

  • Shipping costs will be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Charges depend on order volume, weight, destination, and logistics provider rates

  • Clients may also arrange their own preferred logistics partner upon approval


4. International Shipping (Export Orders)

For overseas shipments:

  • All international deliveries will be handled via third-party logistics or freight forwarders

  • Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.) will be agreed upon during quotation stage

  • Clients are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and regulatory requirements in their destination country

  • We will support necessary export documentation where applicable


5. Production Completion & Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines are subject to production schedule, packaging availability, and order complexity

  • Estimated lead times will be communicated during project confirmation

  • Delays caused by customs clearance, logistics disruptions, or third-party carriers are beyond our control


6. Risk & Responsibility

  • Risk transfers to the client once goods are handed over to the appointed logistics provider

  • Qemrich is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused during third-party transportation
     

7. Special Arrangements

For large-scale, recurring, or long-term OEM/ODM partnerships, customized logistics arrangements may be discussed and implemented based on mutual agreement.
